Introduction

I have always been interested in art. I go to art school and I am fond of drawing and designing something. But I like English, too. We study in a modern and beautiful school.

Our English classroom is big, light and very nice. There are portraits of English writers on the wall, for example William Shakespeare, R. Burns, Oscar Wild and many others.

Near the portraits we can see places of interest of Great Britain.

At the wall there are bookcases with lots of books, pictures and files with the English lessons, school children’s projects, tests, video, etc.

Our teacher is very fond of flowers, so there are lots of flowers in our English classroom. Near the blackboard one can see maps of English-speaking countries and posters with English Grammar rules. We use all these things at our English lessons.

But our hulls in front of the classrooms are empty and boring. So I decided to design the space near English, French and German classrooms. And it is the aim of my project work.

The tasks are:

To read special literature about designing big spaces.

To visit some schools, where my friends study and to see the decoration of the hulls in these schools.

To make the interrogation poll of my classmates.

To design the interior of the hall in front of English classrooms.

To present the result of my work to the school council.

1.Main part

I divided the space into three zones. There are England, Germany and France. Each of them characterizes the country. I will tell you about it in details.

Great Britain

There is a red shed In the area of England , but it is not for calls, it is for reading books. This is a Booth Library. There is Big Ben too. It has information about the UK. There are symbols of England such as roses and shamrocks in this area. The last stand is «Only English». Here, students and teachers can write different expressions in English.

France

In the French area there is a stand where everything is in French. In addition there is the famous Eiffel Tower and Louvre. Interesting facts about France are located on the Louvre. The Eiffel Tower is a jewel in Paris and in our recreation.

Germany

I decided to make the area of ​​Germany a little bit different. You all know about the famous Dresden Gallery. So we will have a picture gallery. There will be pictures of children. Also there will be present the catalog of pictures from the Dresden Gallery.

I have calculated everything for designing our space. So I will present it to you. Estimate( Application 2 )

The conclusion

I’ve read and analyzed the literature. I have examined the halls of our school. And I designed my own variant of English school hall. I’ve presented my project at our school Council. So I think I’ve realized the tasks of my work.
